Welcome to our online closet parts and accessories ordering system.
Please read carefully and agree to the terms and conditions prior to placing your order. If this is your first time, please continue and register your company.
- Closet Manufacturer Lead times are generally 10-14 business days from the time of approval, however the lead time will either be sooner or later than the 10-14 days depending on the time the order is placed. Lead time will be confirmed to you within 3 business days from the time that your order is placed and you will have the option to confirm or cancel you order.
- Payment in full is required when placing your order. This payment will be on hold until you confirm the order. Once you confirm the order and accept the lead time, your payment will no longer be on hold and we will capture payments.
- No changes to your order will be accepted after confirmation of your order.
- No cancelations or refunds after captured payment.
- When your order is ready for pickup, we will notify you via email, text message or both. You need to schedule your pickup date and time by replying to your message.
- When picking up, you must come to the office for your pickup document first. Then you will be directed to the loading dock area where our warehouse staff will assist you. You will be responsible for loading your vehicle. At no time and no exceptions can you enter the warehouse (this is for your safety). Double check that all parts you ordered are in your cart before leaving. If any parts are missing, you must notify the warehouse staff immediately, so we may satisfy your order.
- When placing an order specify in notes for grain direction horizontal or vertical.
